TAKE A LOOK INSIDE THE HOUSES & MANSIONS OF YOUR FAVORITE CELEBRITIES

Being a celebrity today means much more than acting or singing. Thanks to a media-obsessed culture, we expect our stars to entertain us 24/7, putting their money towards luxuries like clothes, cars, and especially, luxury real estate. While millions of Americans struggle with monthly home mortgage payments, these celebs sometimes buy and sell properties without ever having settled down in them. From the tasteful to the outrageously tacky, here is our look at some of the most lavish celebrity homes — some of which are even available, in case you qualify for a massive home loan!

Kamala Harris – Undisclosed, Washington DC

Being a US vice president comes with its perks, one of which is living in the popular Number One Observatory Circle, which was first built in the 19th century. After defeating the Donald Trump-led government in 2021, Kamala Harris moved into this residence, which witnessed many refurbishments done by its former occupants over the years.

The 33-room, Queen-Anne-style property features a massive veranda, a sunroom, a gym, and a pool. Additionally, the house, which stands in a massive 9,000-square-foot area, boasts quite a few fireplaces, turret rooms, and even a den. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see what personal touch Harris would like to add to it despite so many amenities.

Justin Trudeau: Undisclosed Amount, Rideau Cottage, Ottawa

All former Canadian Presidents have had the honor of living at 24 Sussex Drive, the official ‘Canadian White House’. Unfortunately, the old home has been infested my vermin and mold, which has rendered it unliveable. Although the current PM of Canada had lived in 24, Sussex Drive when his father was the President, he refused to live here and instead took refuge in Rideau Cottage, a government residence in Ottawa. With 2 storeys and 22 rooms, their is plenty of space for work and play for Mr. Trudeau and his young family.

Barack & Michelle Obama: ~ $389 Million, Private Quarters, White House

When the former President of USA, Barak Obama and his family moved into the White House, their official residence, Michell quickly got moving to create a warm living space for her family with the help of LA Designer Michael Smith, who incorporated a lot of warm wood furniture and contemporary art to match with the theme of each room of the private quarters. Part from historical paintings and memorabilia, the rooms also have corners created for the Obama family’s many awards including the former President’s two Grammy Awards. Now that the POTUS is Donald Trump, we wonder how they have done up their rooms…
