While there are some that are still very much visible in movies to this day, there are others who are now comfortable in retirement. Some can even claim to have just as much drama in their personal lives as the roles that they once played, be it in the guise of divorce or alcoholism. Marsha Hunt – 104 years old
Marsha Hunt’s parents wanted her to earn a university degree, but she chose to pursue a career in modeling in the 30s, which soon led to a successful career in movies. She starred in films like Johnny Got His Gun, Born to the West, and Pride and Prejudice, to name just a few. By the ’70s, however, she had chosen to focus on her work with various progressive charities.
