It sits on a 0.41-acre land and its area is equal to 5,607 square feet, making it one of the largest properties in the neighborhood.
The ‘Bram Stoker’s Dracula’ star chose a house built in a contemporary style. It features floor-to-ceiling fenestration, and the white and black exterior gives off ‘John Wick’ vibes. The house includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-car garage, a BBQ area in addition to an infinity pool. Reeves also owns another property in Hawaii.
