By now, The Pioneer Woman brand has grown in leaps and bounds. Indeed, it’s easy enough to assume that Ree now has a bevy of assistants to help her run things. However, she claims that she is mostly a one-woman show. She does have a team who help her behind the scenes, but it is a relatively small one. And while she may subcontract functions like website design, she maintains that she makes all the content herself. She only manages to balance everything along with her kids’ home schooling because she stays home to work all day.
