Venus Williasm is an American tennis player who is considered one of the greatest women players of all-time. She became notable in Tennis at the same time as her younger sister, Serena Williams. Together they conquered the tennis world with their skills and power on the court. But unlike other athletes who spend their first big paycheck on something they’ve longed for to buy, Williams opted to not spend her $500,000 plus earnings at all. The tennis-pro decided to deposit it in the bank, explaining that she did not want to be added to the long list of athletes who became big, had it all, and then lost all their money in the end because of over spending.
