These construction workers were taking time out of their day when they were supposed to be working extra hard to meet their targets. Their boss told them they would be sacked if they didn’t fulfill their tasks in time. Of course, these people couldn’t afford that, so they toiled to the best of their abilities.
There was nothing more important than their job, and they couldn’t divert their attention to anything else. There were no checking phones or chatting with their workmates; they only pegged away, day in and day out.
