Doris Day and Terry Melcher
Singer-songwriter Doris Day touched us all with her beautiful rendition of songs like Que Sera Sera and Dream a Little Dream of Me. Not many would know that her son, Terrance ‘Terry’ Melcher was also a musician, who was credited for shaping the folk rock and California sound in the 1960’s. Unfortunately Terry died at the age of 62 due to melanoma in 2004 and was outlived by his mother.
