Tatum O’Neal is best known for being the youngest person to ever win an Academy Award; she won a Best Supporting Actress statuette at age 10 for her performance in Paper Moon in 1973. She’s also the daughter of veteran actor Ryan O’Neal. Despite her early success, she developed drug addiction issues, which ended her marriage to tennis superstar John McEnroe.
As a result, John got custody of their three children. Despite this, it’s clear that their daughter, Emily McEnroe, takes after her mother physically. They maintain a close relationship and the 27-year-old Emily is often seen with her mother at red carpet events.
