That was exactly what Phil did, buying his Gulfstream V that had a $60-million price tag. The jet has enough seats for 14 passengers and features an Internet access, media gadgets, and TVs. With an annual salary of $40 million, Mickelson won’t have a hard time paying for his plane’s expenses, aviation insurance included.
