November 2019 marked Adrian Edmondson’s first appearance on “EastEnders” in the role of Daniel Cook, the love interest of Jean Slater. Viewers were ecstatic to see the comedian on the British soap opera for the first time. After first meeting on the set of the Channel 4 program “Comic Strip Presents,” a comedic actor eventually tied the knot with colleague comic Jennifer Saunders on May 11, 1985.
Saunders reflected on the fact that she and her spouse had, despite their popularity, made an effort to bring up their children in quite a normal manner. Together, they are the proud parents of three daughters: Ella, Beattie, and Freya.
