At his heaviest weight of 330 pounds, American film-maker Kevin Smith suffered a heart attack, after which his doctor advised that he shed off 50 pounds. Determined, Smith set out to change his lifestyle, adapting a potato only diet for two weeks straight, before he could have vegetables as part of his meals.
