Carrie Fisher – Daughter of Debbie Reynolds
Everybody knows the late Carrie Fisher for breathing life into her most iconic character, Princess Leia Organa of the massively popular Star Wars franchise. Almost everyone also knows of her family story and struggle with substance abuse with Carrie, an accomplished writer, publishing several tongue-in-cheek autobiographies before she passed away in 2016 at age 60. It’s definitely common knowledge that Carrie has a very close relationship with her mother, a Hollywood legend herself, actress and singer Debbie Reynolds. Their relationship is so close, in fact, that they died just within days of each other, marking the end of an era. Their family legacy, however, is currently being continued by Carrie’s daughter, actress Billie Lourd.
