Holly Lewis – Unknown
Holly Lewis was an American actress who was born in Nebraska in December 1965 and eventually moved to study in Arizona University. After graduating college, she took up a job in San Francisco as a commodities broker, and then quit her job to pursue a career in show business. She acted in TV commercials, shows and TV movies and even dubbed for various projects, the most famous one being the car based computer game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. She died at the age of 46 in 2012 due to unknown causes.
