Della Reese – Complications from Diabetes
Before beloved actress Della Reese found a career on television, she was a gospel singer. However, it was through her TV show, Della, that people became familiar with the actress. Besides the television talk show, Reese is fondly remembered by fans for her hit religious TV drama, Touched by an Angel, where she perfectly played the angel Tess. Reese passed away at the age of 86 in 2017, and although no formal cause of death had been announced, people assume it’s complications from her Type 2 diabetes.
