Apparently, there are certain beaches where you can find juvenile seals. They look almost as adorable as dogs but be careful because they may not be as friendly. Seals have gotten used to humans because they feed them, but these semi-aquatic mammals should still be treated with caution.
Finding seals at the beach is expected, especially when the weather is good. But some species are at risk of becoming extinct. Some have already met such a fate because they were hunted for fur. However, even though hunting is more regulated now, climate change is another factor that can lead to their extinction.
