Hunky actor Ashton Kutcher reportedly took a hit in his divorce from Demi Moore, paying out a large settlement. Luckily, though, Kutcher isn’t obligated to pay monthly spousal support, which may have freed up some money for him and Mila Kunis to but this $10 million SoCal pad. The beachside mansion is just outside the wealthy enclave of Santa Barbara and boasts three bedrooms, an open floor plan, incredible ocean views, and famous neighbors like Natalie Portman.
Samuel L. Jackson: ~ $13 Million, Manhattan
Way back in 2005, Glass star Samuel L. Jackson bought himself an apartment in Manhattan’s Upper East Side for $4.8 million and now he’s ready to sell it for $13 million. The unit itself is located in a prestigious, doorman-staffed apartment house called The Leonori, which is a pre-war building. The 3,000 square foot apartment is spread horizontally and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in it. We love how modern and minimalist Jackson has chosen to keep the place, while all that white gives it a very classy look.
