After being accused of indecent misconduct and being fired from the Today show, TV anchor Matt Lauer is taking some time off and soul searching, probably reflecting on the recent big changes in his life. The form Today show host is apparently staying in his Hamptons house that he bought from actor Richard Gere. Lauer’s home is located in North Haven close to Sag Harbor. The 6.3-acre estate includes a mansion that has 14,000 square feet of living space that has 12 bedroom, 12 bathrooms, a 60-foot swimming pool which is heated, a guesthouse, and a porch that overlooks Peconic Bay.
