With one of the biggest trust funds in Hollywood, it’s no wonder that 20-year-old Kylie Jenner has already plunked down money for her first mansion. Kylie acquired the Calabasas, California property in 2015 and while it has impressive features like fireplaces, a pool, and an outdoor bar, we’re guessing that the reality star was particularly attracted to its multiple walk-in closets. Jenner listed the home for sale in 2017 with a $3.1 asking price, and while she may have taken a hit on the investment, it’s a safe bet that she’ll recoup that loss with one of her other three homes.
