Kevin Spacey, the House of Cards actor has been trying to sell his 6,595 square foot mansion in upscale Los Feliz area for a couple of years now. He has previously listed it in 2015 for $15 million and then probably changed his mind and withdrew his house before the sale happened. The 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom mansion sits on a 1.1-acre estate and was originally built in the 1920’s. According to the recent listings, the house still retains much of its original decor and charm, but has been upgraded for the modern homeowner.
