Tommy Hilfiger: ~ $27.5 Million, Golden Beach, Florida
Tommy Hilfiger made a fortune selling All-American style, so it’s no surprise that his real estate has a distinctly American flair. The designer picked up the 14,000-square foot property in Florida’s Golden Beach back in 2013. This art deco-style mansion has a red, white, and blue color scheme running Hilfiger’s office and private gym, but there are plenty of beachy South Florida design touches as well, like an all-white entryway and kitchen. Tommy listed the estate for a stunning $27 million in 2017, but he’s not leaving Florida; he invested $34 million to land another sprawling home about 60 miles north, in exclusive Palm Beach.
