The Obama Family: ~ $8.1 Million, Washington
The Obama family officially left the most famous house in the US in early 2017, but they wouldn’t be out of The Beltway for long. The former First Family downsized to this stately house in Washington’s fancy Kalorama neighborhood a month later. The stately home stretches out over 8,200 square feet and includes 9 bedrooms, a modern marble kitchen and bathrooms, and an expansive patio. They’re sticking around at least until 16-year-old Sasha graduates from nearby Sidwell Friends School, although D.C.’s liberal-leaning residents would be happy to have them stay as long as they like.
