Patrick Swayze: ~ $2.9 Million, Sylmar
Beloved actor Patrick Swayze is best remembered for his roles in classic films like Dirty Dancing and Ghost. He sadly passed away in 2009 because of pancreatic cancer. When he was in his prime, Swayze bought a ranch in Sylmar, which is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California.
The late actor loved tending to his horses and riding them around his 4.5-acre property. The gable-roofed main house itself was 3,000 square feet big, and it includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool, outbuildings, hot walker, and a horse corral. Swayze’s family quietly sold off his beloved property back in 2015.

Rachel Maddow is an American TV anchor who has been with Susan Mikula, her long term partner for more than 20 years and it seems that half of their time has been spent in this West Village apartment which they purchased in 2010.
