When she did some theater in New York, English actress Keira Knightley settled into The City with this 3,800-square foot apartment. The duplex, smack in the middle of upmarket TriBeCa, has show-stopping features like a wrought iron spiral staircase connecting its two floors and a massive private patio.
While almost any Manhattan real estate is a good investment, Knightley especially lucked out, selling the three-bedroom home for $6 million in 2017. The new buyers might want to protect their acquisition with home insurance, considering the damaging hurricanes that have hit this low-lying neighborhood in recent years.
