Making Big Strides With Little Steps
To their credit, Sunnyside Elementary School administration took steps to make the addition of the twins to their faculty as seamless as possible. They hired a PR team to make parent newsletters informing them of Abby and Brittany joining them. They even held an open house where the sisters and parents mingled with their future students and parents.
That helped everyone see how exceptional the women were and that they would make excellent teachers for the students there. Even if the parents had any apprehensions and reservations about the twin teachers, they all melted away when they met the Hensels.
