Admit it; math is not a school subject that finds much favor with fourth and fifth graders. It’s dry, repetitive, doesn’t involve stories, and kids feel that they can’t really use these complex formulas in real life, so why bother learning them? It takes a good teacher to keep the little humans interested.
When Abby and Brittany decided to become math teachers, they knew what they were up against, and they worked hard to make their students fall in love with the subject. The students loved that they could still consult one of the sisters while the other was teaching.
