Having your sibling follow you around everywhere may sound like a nightmare for many, but for the Hensel twins, this was their living reality. Right after their birth, the doctors informed their parents of their medical complications, and they also told them that not many conjoined twins survive.
However, these were no ordinary conjoined twins; these girls were tough as nails and put up a fight as soon as they were born and put in special care. It must have been difficult for their parents to see them hooked up to tubes, but it was necessary. Everyone prayed for the newborns.
