Since the late 70s, Geena Davis has been one of the most dominant actresses in the silver screen with stellar performances in movies like A League of Their Own, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Tootsie, The Fly, Thelma and Louise, and more to her credit. She’s also an award-winning actress, with an Academy Award for her role in The Accidental Tourist and a Golden Globe for her starring role in Commander in Chief. Despite her numerous successes, however, she has since slowed down from acting, preferring to use her fame and influence as an activist, instead.
