Vanilla Ice may be a 90s one-hit wonder, but his massive hit, Ice, Ice Baby pretty much ensured that his net worth is firmly a large one for the rest of his life. He never achieved musical success after the early 90s, however. Instead of just resting on the contents of his bank account, though, he’s gone on to reinvent himself as a home improvement expert. He invests in old houses at very low mortgage rates. He then invests further in improving it right down to the interior design. After which, he sells them for top dollar. He even has a show for his exploits, The Vanilla Ice Project.
