Ben Affleck – From Science Class To Being A-List Hollywood Actor
Whenever Ben Affleck will be asked about his career as a child actor, he would define it as ‘brought upon by chance’. His most notable acting projects as a child were the PBS children’s series The Voyage of the Mimi and The Second Voyage of the Mimi. Both were produced for sixth-grade science classes. When he became older, he starred in films in the late 80s and early 90s like Buffy the Vampire Slayer film, School Ties, and Chasing Amy. He and his best friend, actor Matt Damon, wrote the screenplay for Good Will Hunting, and it won them an Oscar award. Affleck is now one of Hollywood’s A-list actors, starring in major motion pictures, directing them, and once in a while writing them. He is the latest actor to play the superhero Batman in DC’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League.
