THEY WERE THE STARS OF YESTERDAY, BUT YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY’RE DOING IN RETIREMENT

They were the glitterati of the yesteryears, wowing audiences of all ages with their beauty and talent alike. Decades later, we wonder what have become of these once-shining stars. While there are some that are still very much visible in movies to this day, there are others who are now comfortable in retirement. Some can even claim to have just as much drama in their personal lives as the roles that they once played, be it in the guise of divorce or alcoholism. Regardless of where they are now, these stars of yore can all say for certain that they enjoyed their high net worth and success to the fullest.

Chuck Norris – 81 years old

Chuck Norris turned 78 early this year—or more accurately, ’28 Chuck Norris years’. Such is one of the jokes associated with the famous actor and martial artist whose action hero roles in the 70’s and 80’s paved the way for his formidable reputation. His legend, however, is not at all unfounded. In the late 50’s, Chuck joined the Air Force, and started making a name for himself in martial arts upon his discharge. He then went on to have a very successful acting career with roles in movies like Way of the Dragon and Missing in Action to his credit, as well as the titular role in the long-running series, Walker, Texas Ranger.

Today, Chuck is nowhere near retirement; he not only created his own martial art, Chun Kuk Do, but he’s also been publishing non-fiction books and advertising commercial trucks for sale. After all, Chuck Norris simply doesn’t age; he levels up.
