His sprawling home, located in Medina, just outside Seattle, is not so much a home as a compound, with a library, a theater, and a boat slip. For privacy’s sake, the billionaire even acquired several of his neighbors’ properties, bringing the value of his house up to a shocking $147 million. The house, which has been dubbed Xanadu 2.0, has property taxes estimated at $1 million per year. Well, we’re talking about Bill Gates after all!
