Melrose Place actress and Tom Cruise’s ex-wife, Katie Holmes snagged a Southern California house to the tune of $3.80 million in the happening Calabasas area. The European-style mansion is spread across 1.5 acres of land and has six bedrooms and bathrooms, a pool, guesthouse, outdoor kitchenette, fire-pit, and a sports court. What’s interesting is that there’s an exact replica of her house which is just down a few houses from her!
