Ever so often, we hear that our favorite celebrity couple has broken up or called their divorce lawyers to legally call it quits and it just ruins our day. Of course, it’s a sad event made even worse when family lawyers are involved and the parents fight for the custody of their children.

Sure, marriage is a gamble, and there are many times when one feels like loading their U-Haul and moving out, but in the end… love wins! Some love stories are right out of a fairytale. For example, high school sweethearts Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews bonded over their love for sports and stuck to each other as time took them through different phases and difficulties.
Together since 2012, their love story began when the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, a sophomore, gave Britany, a junior, a valentine’s card and rose in the school cafeteria. Eight years later, Mahomes proposed to Brittany in September 2020, and weeks later, the couple announced that they were expecting a little one. The duo had a baby girl in 2021. Ever since then, the Brittany Lynne Fitness creator has been seen unwaveringly cheering and supporting her love through all the wins and losses.
