David Carr’s career with the NFL prior to his retirement is truly an interesting one. He was a number 1 draft pick for 2002, but went on to have a lackluster career throughout his 9-year stint on the league. By the time he left the NFL, he was considered the 8th Worst No. 1 Draft Pick in history. Still, he was able to walk away with quite a huge bank account balance. He even bought a massive house in California for a whopping $2.8 million. He now works as a coach for a private school in Bakersfield where he also lives with his wife and 6 children.
