Marlo Thomas – 82 Years Old

At the age of 82, Marlo Thomas is not only alive but is kicking it too! The yesteryear actress has had numerous memorable roles on television which ultimately led her to four laurels at the Grammy Awards. All this success and her real estate properties took her bank balance to the tune of $35 Million!

The octogenarian’s latest project is ‘What Makes a Marriage Last’, a book penned by her highlighting the stories of 40 successful couples. In spite of her age, it doesn’t seem like she is going to retire anytime soon.

Lawrence Wendell Pfohlis is a name you may not have heard before, but growing up, you might have come across this guy who went by the ring name of Lex Luger. That’s right the former WWF (now WWE) professional wrestler, who used ever tactic to intimidate his opponents is the ring is actually a mellow guy. He first began getting noticed as a football player having played for the NFL team, the Miami Hurricanes but was soon booted off the team because of some discipline issues. After a long and fruitful career as a wrestler, he hung up his boots for a while. In 2011, Lex came out of his semi-retired state to work on the WWE Wellness Policy and club which promotes healthy practices among its athletes.

Terry Bradshaw- 71 Years Old

Even with the brief nature of their career, sportsmen never really retire from an active lifestyle, not even after hanging up their boots. After he stopped playing, former professional football player, Terry Bradshaw signed a lucrative deal with Fox, to work as a commentator for the network.

Not long after, Bradshaw got numerous offers to be featured on various TV shows and films. It was, however, his revelation as “The Deer” on the reality series, ‘The Masked Singer’ that had everyone amazed. Diagnosed with clinical depression over 20 years ago, Bradshaw continues to exude admirable resilience, with multiple investments to his name, making him an inspiration to many.
