THEY WERE THE STARS OF YESTERDAY, BUT YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY’RE DOING IN RETIREMENT

They were the glitterati of the yesteryears, wowing audiences of all ages with their beauty and talent alike. Decades later, we wonder what have become of these once-shining stars. While there are some that are still very much visible in movies to this day, there are others who are now comfortable in retirement. Some can even claim to have just as much drama in their personal lives as the roles that they once played, be it in the guise of divorce or alcoholism. Regardless of where they are now, these stars of yore can all say for certain that they enjoyed their high net worth and success to the fullest.

Linda Gray – Born In 1940

When we talk about celebrities who have stood the test of time, we can’t fail to mention Linda Gray. From beginning her showbiz career as a model to transitioning to the big screen, appearing on countless films and television series, the actress has been massively successful in Hollywood, and all the hard work has paid handsome dividends.

The ‘Dallas’ star has an impressive movie and television show portfolio and a mouthwatering bank balance of $12 million to go with it. Still, with all fame and fortune, Gray is grinding, starring in the ‘Hand of God’ series, as well as working on several productions as a director and producer.

Marsha Hunt – 103 Years

Since making her film debut in 1935, one of the oldest Hollywood personalities, Marsha Hunt, has enjoyed g
reat success in her career. Having started out as a model, she transitioned to film and has since been a revolutionary force in the industry, a profession that has spanned for over seven decades.

The activist, who was unwelcomed in Hollywood for her activities, has taken part in numerous humanitarian causes, such as the fight for hunger, climate change, and also advocating for same-gender marriage. Despite her age, Marsha doesn’t seem to slow down and continues with her philanthropic ways.

Suzanne Somers – 74 Years

Playing the part of Chrissy Snow on ‘Three’s Company,’ Suzanne Somers started in Hollywood as an actress and model. Life had so many roles planned out for her that even well into her 70s, she’s still active as ever!

Taking quite the unexpected turn, she has transitioned to being a health spokesperson following her life in the limelight. Authoring a series of books on health topics, including alternative cancer treatments, has made Suzanne open to a lot of scrutinies as well. Yet, she still manages to be as fearless as she was on the stage of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ in her late 60s!
