THEY WERE THE STARS OF YESTERDAY, BUT YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY’RE DOING IN RETIREMENT

Elinor Donahue – 83 Years Old

The American heartthrob, Elinor Donahue, is renowned for her incredible performances in several blockbuster hits of the 20th century. Her most notable work is the role she played as Betty Anderson in the 1950’s sitcom, ‘Father Knows Best.’

If you are wondering what the luminary is doing now, for an 83-year-old, she is doing just great! Elinor is married to Lou Genevrino since 1992, and she is also a mother of four grown-up children. With the fame and fortune she has rightfully earned for herself, we are sure this star is hale and hearty after her retirement.

Max Baer Jr. – 82 years old

Max Baer Jr is the last living cast member of The Beverly Hillbillies ever since Donna Douglas passed away in 2015. The role of Jethro Bodine was the highlight in the famous actor’s career and even though he did many TV shows like Vacation Playhouse, 77 Sunset Strip and A Time for Killing – he will always be known for this performance!

Unfortunately, he didn’t get any successful breaks after this TV show, so he tried his hand behind the camera as a writer, director and producer. With Macon County Line, he found the success he was looking for but the title of ‘top grossing film’ only lasted till 1999.

Terry Bradshaw- 71 Years Old

Even with the brief nature of their career, sportsmen never really retire from an active lifestyle, not even after hanging up their boots. After he stopped playing, former professional football player, Terry Bradshaw signed a lucrative deal with Fox, to work as a commentator for the network.

Not long after, Bradshaw got numerous offers to be featured on various TV shows and films. It was, however, his revelation as “The Deer” on the reality series, ‘The Masked Singer’ that had everyone amazed. Diagnosed with clinical depression over 20 years ago, Bradshaw continues to exude admirable resilience, with multiple investments to his name, making him an inspiration to many.
