Dame Helen Mirren – 76 Years Old
The British actress Helen Mirren is popularly known for her role in the TV series Prime Suspect as Detective Jane Tennison, and for subtly and sympathetically portraying Elizabeth II in the film The Queen which won her an Academy Award.
Born to a Russian father and a Scottish mother, the actress joined Britain’s National Youth Theater at the young age of 18 and the Royal Shakespeare Company a year after. Her successful career in acting got her nominated a second time for an Oscar, and if that’s not proof that the woman is a living legend, we don’t know what is.
