Comedic actor Jamie Farr is the man behind the character of Corporal Klinger in the long-running TV sitcom, M*A*S*H. Known for his penchant for women’s dresses, Klinger was truly a beloved character, and Jamie, by extension, became a fan favorite throughout the life of the series. After M*A*S*H, Jamie continued to take on acting jobs mostly on TV, with guest appearances on The Love Boat, That ’70s Show, and many more. Now 84 years old, he has mostly been the advertising face of the MeTV network, promoting his show, M*A*S*H, as well as other classic TV series of that period.
