James Drury – 84 years old
James Drury started his career in acting in the mid-50’s. However, he was best known for starring in NBC’s The Virginian, a series which ran for 9 years from 1962 to 1971. He also appeared in a handful of Walt Disney movies, as well as in Ride the High Country. He reportedly made a fortune from his investments in oil and natural gas in Texas, which accounts for his rumored large bank account today. Now 84, not much is known of his life in recent decades. He did, however, father Timothy Drury, who is the vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist of The Eagles and later, Whitesnake.
