THEY WERE THE STARS OF YESTERDAY, BUT YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY’RE DOING IN RETIREMENT
Rhonda Fleming – 96 Years
Rhonda Fleming is called the ‘Queen of Technicolor,’ and it only takes a glance to find out why! She became a household name in the ’40s after starring in films like ‘Spellbound’ and ‘Abilene Town.’ The best part of her debut was that she signed her first contract without even giving a screen test!
By 1990, she was done and dusted with the cinema and started to embrace retirement. Now in her late 90s, Rhonda has the constant urge to give back to the industry and society that once celebrated her. Even today, her grandson, Johnny Brenden, displays her posters in the Brenden Theatres.
