Salma Hayek: ~ $20 Million, Bel Air
The Bel Air area in Los Angeles is home to the rich and famous, and one of them is actress Salma Hayek. Hayek and her French billionaire husband, François-Henri Pinault, bought their 7,500 sq. ft five-bedroom mansion from Frasier star, Kelsey Grammer. Sayek is known for films like Desperado, From Dusk till Dawn, Frida, Wild Wild West, and Grown Ups, and guest starring in the TV shows Ugly Betty and 30 Rock. Hayek and Pinault bought the property from Grammer back in 2007, when she was pregnant with their daughter. Aside from this Bel Air mansion built during the 1930s, the couple own another home in France, and Hayek still owns her Hidden Hills home but currently rents it out.
