Funnyman Seth Meyers has appeared in a few movies, but he’s a New Yorker at heart. The Late Night host and Saturday Night Live alum has owned a few Manhattan properties, but his current dig is this 3,200-square-foot, split-level apartment not far from Washington Square Park. The quirky, hip home has two fireplaces and an eat-in kitchen. As you might expect from such luxury real estate, Meyers’ building also has a doorman and an elevator operator. Seth put down $7 million for the place in 2016; for that kind of money, we’d better have someone whose job it is to push buttons for us!
