A true California girl, pop star Katy Perry has put down real estate roots in Los Angeles with this distinctive Mediterranean mansion. The 4-bedroom house was built in 1954 and is nestled in the posh Beverly Hills enclave of Outpost Estates. And although its 7,500 square feet provide more than enough space for Perry and her cat Kitty Purry, it’s only one of two houses on a larger lot. Katy listed it for $9.5 million in September 2017, so if she sells it, she can always move into the more modern mansion next door.
