With the release of Fifty Shades Freed, actress Dakota Johnson reportedly purchased a new Los Angeles home in 2016, likely without having to apply for a mortgage. Located close to the famed Chateau Marmont, the Sunset Strip estate’s main selling point is its neighborhood. At $3.55 million, the 3,210-square-foot house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a great outdoor area with a pool, barbecue area, and fire-pit. It was built in 1947 by Carl Maston, and features indulgent details like Carrara marble countertops and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Dakota currently has an exciting love life with rumored beau, Chris Martin of Coldplay. Not at all bad for a love nest.
