He also wanted to include a 9-golf course in his five-bedroom property, in addition to an open-plan kitchen and an indoor pool. He’s building an adjacent guest house which will be connected to the main building by a passageway. As a wildlife lover, he will enhance his property to be a welcoming habitat for bats, breeding birds, and hedgehogs.
