It Was No Pregnant Dilemma
Their joy was fleeting, for they soon discovered the snake was barely moving. The creature seemed to be struggling desperately to breathe. Yes, snakes are particularly susceptible to a condition known as Respiratory Tract Infections, or RTIs, caused by bacterial or fungal infections in one or both of their lungs. But this was different.
Consulting with the veterinarian shed light on a revelation that transformed the pregnancy situation into something entirely different. The rest of the workers sensed an ominous shift as the call ended. Their faces drained of color while the anaconda endured in rugged breaths and slow, torturous slithers.
