Deadlifts are challenging, but have you ever considered tackling them in stilettos? It’s like adding a dash of glamour to your gym routine. They can be quite dangerous, but despite this, this daring woman seems utterly at ease in her six-inch heels, suggesting it’s not her first high-heeled weightlifting rodeo.

The irony is that even though it looks cool, experts recommend going barefoot or sticking to sneakers to minimize risks. Surprisingly, weightlifting in heels was a thing in 2011, but the trend has wisely taken a back seat for the sake of safety, stability, and, of course, sparing our fabulous feet from any unnecessary discomfort.
