Prince Charles and Ralph Fiennes – Distant cousins
What do actor Ralph Fiennes and Prince Charles, heir apparent to the British throne, have in common? Not only hair loss, it seems, as they are actually both descended from James II, who ruled Scotland in the 1400s. This makes them cousins of the 8th degree. And though this does not necessarily mean that Ralph is royalty, it does account for his regal bearing and commanding presence. Both men, however, do enjoy huge bank accounts and have their hands full with wealth management, so it definitely seems like James II’s descendants are doing very well for themselves indeed.
