A Diverse Crowd
Not everyone can afford a baby sitter or pet sitters. So, naturally, parents brought their kids along to the biggest party of the 60s. Young teenagers, toddlers, and infants – all were a part of the crowd. Since it was once in a lifetime opportunity, even a couple of expecting mothers made it to the event – such was the craze! And history books are proof that two babies were born on the grounds of the festival!
Fortunately, there was enjoyment for every category. A stall organized a puppet show and kept children hooked to interesting plays, giving parents some time for themselves.
